Adebola Ajao holds HND in Computer Science. She joined Asset Matrix Microfinance Bank Ltd in 2012 as a Customer Service Officer who over time rose to the level of an Executive Assistant. She also worked in the Finance Department of the bank before leaving in 2015

She is currently managing the finance department of Richgreen Master's Investment Ltd

She is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN).
